Would you like to experience the power of relaxation, breath and silence on your overall wellbeing?

I have created a simple yet very transformative online course: Give yourself a break – a week long inner holiday – to help you finding relaxation in our turbulent time.

The course contains 7 / 30 min long pre-recorded videos, which you can practice at your own convenience. The practices contain some short breathing exercises or gentle movements and then one delicious long relaxation pose in silence.

They will help you to shift your nerves system from flight/ fight and freeze to rest/ digest/repair and inspire. They will provide you a true sense of rejuvenation: physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically as well.

All in a delicious way. No previous yoga experience is required.

You can benefit from the course tremendously if you are cooping with recovery from physical injury, burnout, exhaustion, grief, long covid, high level of stress, anxiety, depression, sleeping difficulties and unhealthy self-criticism.

The live classes will help you to identify and understand the exercises which meet your needs.
The course will teach you how to practice daily and independently.

This series of 4 workshops will teach you breathing exercises and relaxation poses to alleviate anxiety, release stress, rejuvenate from exhaustion and help you to prevent or recover from burn-out. We will practice powerful yet simple tools to help to downregulate the nerves system. You will learn relaxation poses, transformative breathing exercises, guided meditations and journaling to release supressed emotions and cultivate self-love and joy. There will be plenty of space for questions and answers, and personal attention. The workshop will leave you feeling lighter, more energetic, more self-confident and loving towards yourself. You will leave the course being equiped with tools which help you to shift the nerves system at any circumstances. You will also receive my online relaxation course - “Give yourself a break" as a free gift - to be able to practice at home too (value of the course is € 69.00 )
Course dates: Sunday 9 and 16 October, and 6 November and 11 December 2022, 13:30 - 16:00 at the Heart Yoga Studio, in Utrecht.
Price of the course is € 249.00 (incl VAT). No previous yoga experience is required. The approach of the course is soft kind safe and compassionate as I have years of personal and professional experience how it is to be in a challenging state.
