I have pushed my body over her limits all the time. I had a very strickt, critical and perfectionalistic approach towards myself. Up to a level where I found myself in constant anxiety and in a burn out.
As Pema Chodron teaches: "To work with fear is to work with gentleness".
Receiving gentlness through massages was my first experience to realise that there is another way. Softness through my body taught me how to be softer and kinder towards myself as well.
Hence I am very excited to offer this transformational experience to you too.  Allowing yourself to surrender and receive a gentle massage doesn’t mean that you are lazy or inactive. Another beutiful service available for you. I am grateful to let you know, that in April, I have completed the Reiki Second Degree of the Usui System of Natural Healing by Healing Space. As of now You can book a reiki session with me and let the energy of life flow freely in your body. This traditional Japanes healing technique is a beautiful way to resolve blockages of the phisical body  - the so called water body - which is when settled, allowes our inner body - the light one - to shine trough. Sounds interesting or unbeleivable? Come try it out. My soft touch will travel through your entire body while you are resting in ease and warmth with clothes on.
