Experiencing burn out, panic attacks and anxiety myself in 2017, I was naturally drawn to educate myself on these topics to find an alternative and sustainable solution as opposed to medication. By utilizing different yoga techniques and mindfulness I have not only managed to overcome my symptoms but transformed my life to a more meaningful and sustainable one.

Nowadays I am successfully offering a unique combination of deep relaxations throughout restorative yoga and breathing exercises based on Max Strom’s inner axis to alleviate stress, anxiety, burnout and depression. My teaching is impacting not only the physical aspects of the life of my students but their personal well-being as well.

Whether you are on the edge of a burnout or are recovering from one; living under constant high levels of stress, experiencing anxiety attacks or not having a goodnight’s sleep for a long time… the one-on-one / private sessions will be entirely personalised to your daily needs. You will learn easy to follow breathing exercises and relaxation techniques which you can practice at home.
