Learn How to Relax by Giving yourself a break

I have designed this course to introduce you to the power of relaxation, breath and silence on our overall wellbeing.

The aim of the course is to teach you different, long held, relaxation poses to learn how to downregulate the nerves system. When we feel overwhelmed with the turbulence of the outer world, facing storms of thoughts of - how I should be different, you should be different, the situation should be different - we need to give ourselves a break. Literately and figuratively as well. This is exactly what this course provides you, a break, a reset an inner holiday.

 You will receive 7 / 30 min long pre-recorded videos, which you can practice at your convenience. The practices contain some short breathing exercises or gentle movements and then one delicious long relaxation pose in silence.

They will help you to shift your nerves system from flight/ fight and freeze to rest/ digest/repair and inspire. It will provide you a true sense of rejuvenation physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically as well. 

It can be a great help in your recovery from physical injury, burnout, exhaustion, grief, long covid, alleviating high level of stress, anxiety, depression, sleeping issues and unhealthy self-criticism.

You will learn how to rest, release, rejuvenate and renew. You will feel more complete, joyful and in peace with life as it is through the simple yet profound act of relaxation.
