We proudly present two beautiful, fun, informative, boldly honest and sweetly playful workshops with a holistic approach, providing you with scientific knowledge about how your brain and body change during perimenopause. The workshops are led by Estrella Montoya, PhD, psychologist, neuroscientist and author of the book Hormonen & Vrouwen (Hormones & Women, 2024), and Emese Deana, nervous system downregulation therapist with 10 years of experience guiding women in their transformation through restorative yoga, breathwork, massages and tantra.

Do the things that once felt easy suddenly seem to require much more effort? Do you feel less resilient to stress, more overwhelmed, or somehow unlike yourself?
You are not alone. Many women going through perimenopause describe exactly these experiences. They sense that they are undergoing a profound physical and emotional transition, yet often lack the knowledge to understand what is happening. And that is a missed opportunity, because understanding your body can bring clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of control. With the right tools, this significant hormonal transition can become much easier to navigate.
In this workshop, Estrella will explain how the body's stress response system is affected during perimenopause, why stress can feel more intense, and how these changes may show up in daily life. There will be plenty of space to ask questions, share experiences, and learn from one another in a supportive and open environment.
Emese will guide you through restorative yoga practices and breathing techniques specifically designed to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and help you move through this transition with greater ease and resilience.

During this workshop, Estrella will guide you through some of the deeper life questions that often arise during this phase and help you explore your desires, values, and aspirations for the years ahead.
