The practice contains 10 minutes breathing exercises to start to slow down and a 20 minutes long relaxation pose with easy to breathe set up (pranayama savasana).
It helps you to downregulate your nervous system, to shift from fight / fight or freeze mode into rest and digest mode. Also many students of mine benefited of the practice during their recovery from Covid. The practice helped them to be able be breathe deeper.
